At Masterbuilt, we stand behind the quality of our grills and smokers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Your Product

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all parts, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a complete refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
